To measure your bust size at home, wear a well-fitting, unpadded bra. Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your back and across the fullest part of your chest (usually over the nipples). Keep the tape parallel to the floor, snug but not compressing your breasts.
To measure a woman's waist correctly, stand up straight, place a soft tape measure level around your bare skin just above the belly button (midpoint between the top of your hip bone and lower ribs), breathe out and relax, and read the number without pulling too tight.
To measure a woman's hips correctly, stand straight with your feet together, wrap a flexible tape measure around the widest part of the buttocks and hips, and keep the tape parallel to the floor.
