"Exactly what you'd expect from everlast products. Very well made. I've had it for a couple months now using daily and it hasn't deformed or dented at all, still has original shape. I expect it to last for a long time. Functions as it should. The top half is pretty soft and bottom very firm. Don't punch the bottom too hard you'll break something, you not the bag. Excellent value."
