The Elite Heavy Bag is perfect for training, with a dual hanging strap system that provides a quieter performance than traditional chain systems. Its construction increases the durability and longevity of the bag, with a mounted D-ring and panel to secure it in place and reduce movement. The bag is filled with natural and synthetic fibers and sand and features reinforced straps to ensure that it can withstand the fill weight. It comes with two carabiners and a swivel for easy mounting.
Stand
The Heavy Bag Stand is made of heavy-duty, powder-coated steel tubing. This combined with 3 weight plate pegs allows for maximum strength and durability, to withstand all of your punches. Easy to assemble and will accommodate any heavy bag up to 100 LBS. Footprint: 66.5" L x 47.6" W
It is recommended to use a heavy bag that is approximately half your weight. Find the right size heavy bag for you by using the chart below.
