Getting started on the Elite Free Standing Bag is as easy as: (1) unpack, (2) place top over base, (3) fill with water. The Elite is a high quality free standing heavy bag, excellent for developing kicks, punches and strikes. The two piece construction allows for easy setup while the simple adjustable base allows the bag to be set at six different heights from 47” to 68” in seconds. The base can be filled with sand or water, and the built-in handle makes it simple to move around in your gym or home.
Not recommended for outside use.
