Reviews

NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!

"You just cant go hard on this thing, sure as long as its weighed down properly it wont fall, but the height adjuster pegs are made of such cheap plastic after 2 sessions of proper striking training they broke. Now the bag is stuck at the lowest height and it sucks to use because its too short. For the price this is literally a scam, don't just trust Everlast like I did."

Stephanie G. (2/5)

Durability isn't good.

"The top part broke off and the part that was inside the bag that held it in place also broke. I had to buy something to put under the bag to hold it into place. Whenever I hit the bag it would slide down to the lowest height."

David B. (3/5)

Great- but missing important piece :(

"Looks new ” but missing an important piece” the connecting tube ” which helps hold the bag steady ” so it moves even when locked :("

Leo S. (4/5)

Good bag buy new not used like new

"I got a used like new one, I've had the bag before and it's great brand new but I wouldn't order one that says like new because I had to sit there and duct tape a chunk of the plastic that connects the core to the base because it was literally hanging on by the tension in the O-Ring. Bags great but dont buy used"

Rebecca H. (4/5)

it snapped

"After 2 years and 3 months it snapped just above the water base, at the 1st joint. I didnt use it that much, but it did get kicked very hard, Maybe it wasnt designed for that."

Great quality and stability when weighted properly!

"I am very happy with this punching bag! It's not quite the same as using a heavy bag, but when you don't have the space or means to hang a heavy bag, this thing works great! I ended up filling the base with 6 bags of all purpose sand from Lowe's and man it doesn't move no matter what I hit it with. And I really like being able to lower the bag so my 10 year old boys can workout on it too."

Stephen N. (4/5)

Not that great

"My son had this for 2 years and used it a handful of times. He punched it and the stem broke off."

Larry D. (2/5)

Broken in 5 minutes. Return was a nightmare, had to empty 400 lbs of sand

"It arrived broken. Unfortunately, it was hidden well. The stem that attaches to the top was completely sheared off and we didn't notice because it was resting where it should be resting and somewhat stuck in place. Of course, we didn't notice until we bought and filled the base it with 400lbs of sand. So, now we are being asked to return the item for a new one, which will involve removing 400lbs of sand, leaving it in a pile, repackaging the thing, and sending it back. Horrible. Why can't we just send a picture and skip the return of this broken thing? The base is fine. We could just leave it, if that were an option, while we wait for a new top piece to be sent. It is creating a lot of work for us."

Very tough

"Very nice"

Broke 1st day

"This is a good product for a child. We bought for our 9 year old, I put it together and my husband decided to test it out 😒 needless to stay he broke it quickly (not on purpose). He quickly ran to the hardware store to grab supplies to fix it and it still works. But this is not a durable product for an adult (6'0 190lbs) just messing around, and hitting it. Which means it would not suite it's intended purpose, but for our 9 year old (4'5 63lbs) its absolutely fine."
