Easy to fill with PLAY SAND.

"Great exercise bag. Well made and soft enough not need gloves. I read Some reviews about being very difficult to put sand in the base. It took me 40 minutes to put 100 lbs play sand, clean the carpet and assembly the shaft on the base. I use PLAY SAND because it is dry and. Flow easily (do not use the cheaper sand for concrete, that does not flow), I use a flex funnel from Autoparts store for transmissions fluids and cut the first section to fit exactly in the base fill hole, and used a plastic large plastic cup. Tilt the base in 45 degree angle, hole funnel straight up and start filling with sand."

"This is the 2nd one I've owned in almost 6 years. It held up well in the elements outside for about 5 years. My son loves to use it for practicing boxing, and taikwondo. We filled the base with water and it seems to stay in place well. Height is good for myself and my son. I do believe it can be raised or lowered. I feel its a good price point for what you get"

"The cobra bag like recoil is unique for a heavy bag. You can go 100% all out in power and the bag's base won't budge. Great way to practice offense and defense."

"It was missing the pole that goes from the base to the other pole. The bag was indented from what looked like a lot of use. The base was dirty as if someone owned it for some time. The box was a disaster. I sent it back and I'm hesitant to reorder."

"Easy to put together. Don't forget to place back the top when filling up the punching bag. Does take a punch and you'll get a stress relieving work out. I encourage that since we all deal with a lot of things we can't control, at least this will be good for you mentally and physically."
