Together, Everlast and 24 Hour Fitness created the Everlast Shadow Box Workout, a group fitness class, which will be held as part of the regular GroupX schedule at 250 24 Hour Fitness clubs nationwide. The Shadow Box class was created by a professional boxing trainer and combines athletic boxing cardio and strength training moves within a group fitness structure. This total body conditioning class incorporates punches as well as athletic drills designed to get you ready for the ring. Ever wonder how boxers get those great physiques? Crunch is featuring the “Art of Boxing,” a high-intensity fitness class, created in conjunction with Everlast, three times a week at select Crunch locations in New York City. Everlast provided equipment for the classes which are taught by professional boxing instructors. The “Art of Boxing” fitness class focuses on the different elements of boxing and showcases the sport’s strength, cardio and conditioning benefits. More specifically, this class includes fundamentals such as shadow boxing, boxing bag workouts and core training. The class was created to appeal to a wide range of participants from beginners to advanced level through its intimate class size, easy-to-follow structure and motivating instructors.

Life Time Fitness Strike! is the latest signature format to be offered at Life Time Fitness. It is an intense, kickboxing-inspired workout, sponsored by Everlast. Challenge yourself with this full-body interval workout that incorporates traditional kickboxing combinations done with optional weighted gloves, controlled weight-bearing movements and athletic drills. This is NOT your typical kickboxing class! *Cardio Kickboxing experience highly recommended. Strike! is currently is offered at 32 Life Time Fitness centers nationwide, with the chain-wide roll out occurring in September.
