Our policy is to guarantee that you are completely and totally satisfied with Everlast products. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 60 days.

This does not include videotapes, DVD's or custom clothes. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty. close

Yes, it just takes a bit longer. Call 1-888-863-8375 and place your order. We'll give you an order number which you must write on your check. Then send your check in the mail to EVERLAST 14711 West 112th Street Lenexa, KS 66215. It will take 2 weeks for the check to clear. Once we receive the check and it clears we will ship your order. If you send us a money order we can skip the 2 weeks clearance period and get your order out faster. close

Everlast generally ships via UPS. Customers can choose the speed and level of service. Heavy items (like heavy bags and stands) can be shipped directly by freight carriers to get the lowest shipping costs. close

Orders generally ship the same business day and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery depends on where you are located and the level of service you select. We are shipping from the Midwest. Orders seem to arrive fairly quickly to both coasts. International orders cost more and take longer. close

Yes, it costs extra and it takes about 2 or 3 weeks. Additional shipping charges may apply. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order. We will be glad to confirm your total before shipping. Orders placed outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO orders usually require additional shipping charges.

We will call you or email you prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. Pricing may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. If you are ordering from any of these areas, you will be contacted prior to delivery if there are discrepancies in prices. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight. All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes which are imposed by your country. close

No problem. Return labels are included with your order. Simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the back of your invoice, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

Send all returns to: EVERLAST BOXING, 14711 W. 112th Street, Lenexa, KS 66215. We recommend that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 60 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges. close
