2. How can I get fast help?

3. HELP! I'm having trouble processing my order.
I'm having trouble getting my order to go through. HELP! It's rare, but occasionally we experience technical difficulties. In order to avoid frustration, simply pick up the phone and dial 1-888-863-8375. Our customer care reps are standing by to assist you with your needs.
4. Can I fax or mail-in an order?
We gladly accept faxed / mail-in orders. Please include all item numbers, quantities, sizes and colors. Your credit card number, expiration date and security code. Fax your order to 1-913-888-2198. Additionally, please keep in mind our credit card policy for 1st time purchases.

5. What is your satisfaction guarantee?
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.

6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders. Please mail all check payments to:

Be aware it takes two weeks for the check to clear. Once we have received the check and it clears we will ship your order.

7. I don't have a credit card, can I send a check?
Yes. However it may cause up to a 3-week delay to allow process time.
8. How do you ship?
Everlast generally ships via UPS. Customers can choose the speed and level of service. Please be aware that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers in order to allow for timely delivery.
9.How long does it take?
Orders generally ship within two business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery depends on where you are located and the level of service you select.
10. Can you rush an order?
Typically we are able to meet all expected needs. However it is imperative that you speak to one of our customer care representative for pricing. Call us at 888-863-8375 for rush shipping quotes.
11. Can I ship to a military address, APO, AFO, etc?
Yes. However your order will be placed on hold in order to quote accurate shipping costs. Please note that deliveries to military, APO and FPO addresses can take up to 15 business days.
12. Can I send a purchase out of the country?

We will ship anywhere in the world. We will contact you shortly after receiving your order via e-mail with specific shipping costs for your area of the boxing world. Customs, duty, and taxes will be collected by your country's customs service where applicable.

13. Can you ship to a P.O. box?
Yes, such orders will be shipped via USPS. However, due to restrictions imposed by USPS some items may not be shipped to a P.O. (such as heavy bags, etc...)
14. I did not get a confirmation.
A confirmation email is sent IMMEDIATELY after you place your order. Occasionally it is blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder.
15. Can I return an item?
Simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the back of your invoice, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

We recommend that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.

No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges.
19. Is this a secure site?
YES. Our orders are processed securely and in compliance with all PCI laws and regulations.
