You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.

Yes, such orders will be shipped via USPS. However, due to restrictions imposed by USPS some items may not be shipped to a P.O. (such as heavy bags, etc...)
Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your purchase is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed and again once your order has shipped.

Yes, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the back of your invoice, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

We recommend that you send all returns back via FedEx (it's faster and safer). Please send your package insured and postage paid. Credits or refunds will not be offered for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Credits or refunds will not be offered for merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. Credits or refunds are not offered for return shipping charges.
