2. How can I get fast help?

You can use our Live Help feature to chat online and ask questions with one of our customer care representatives by clicking the "Live Help" link at the top of the page. However, for security purposes, you cannot place an order through this feature.

You can also call us directly at 1-888-863-8375. Our customer care representatives are standing by Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST, and Saturday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM CST.

3. HELP! I'm having trouble processing my order.

It's rare, but occasionally we experience technical difficulties. In order to avoid frustration, simply pick up the phone and dial 1-888-863-8375. Our customer care reps are standing by to assist you with your needs.

4. Can I fax or mail-in an order?

Yes, we gladly accept faxed / mail-in orders. Please include all item numbers, quantities, sizes and colors. Your credit card number, expiration date and security code. Fax your order to 1-913-888-2198, ATTN: EVERLAST . Additionally, please keep in mind our credit card policy for 1st time purchases.

5. What is your satisfaction guarantee?

You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.

Everlast's goal is to continually update and improve our products. Because of this process, some product images, logos, and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time.

6. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google Checkout, checks and money orders. Please mail all check payments to:

Be aware it takes two weeks for the check to clear. Once we have received the check and it clears we will ship your order.

7. I don't have a credit card, can I send a check?

Yes. However it may cause up to a 2 week delay to allow process time.

8. How do you ship?

Everlast generally ships via FedEx.
Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including ground, three day, two day, next day air and international shipping.
Please be aware that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers in order to allow for timely delivery.

9.How long does it take?

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time depends on where you are located and the level of service you select.

10. Can you rush an order?

Yes, typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order.
All next day air orders must be placed online by 12:00 PM CST to ensure same day shipping.
To accommodate your expedited shipping needs after 12:00 PM CST, please call 1-888-863-8375 for air shipping options and delivery expectations.

11. Can I ship to a military address, APO, AFO, etc?

Yes. However your order will be placed on hold in order to quote accurate shipping costs. Please note that deliveries to military, APO and FPO addresses can take up to 15 business days.

12. Can I send a purchase out of the country?

Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world.
For international shipping online, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout.
International shipping charges INCLUDE all customs, duty, and taxes where applicable. You can contact us regarding your international order by phone at 1-888-863-8375, or by e-mail.

International orders that include any items currently on backordered status will not ship to the customer until all items in the order have become available.

13. Can you ship to a P.O. box?

Yes, such orders will be shipped via USPS. However, due to restrictions imposed by USPS some items may not be shipped to a P.O. (such as heavy bags, etc...)

14. I did not get a confirmation.

Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your purchase is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed and again once your order has shipped.
Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder.

15. Can I return an item?

Yes, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the back of your invoice, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.
To ensure timely processing, PLEASE CALL 1-888-863-8375 FIRST to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

We recommend that you send all returns back via FedEx (it's faster and safer). Please send your package insured and postage paid. Credits or refunds will not be offered for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Credits or refunds will not be offered for merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. Credits or refunds are not offered for return shipping charges.

19. Is this a secure site?
