Yes, we gladly accept faxed / mail-in orders. Please include all item numbers, quantities, sizes and colors. Your credit card number, expiration date and security code. You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.

Everlast's goal is to continually update and improve our products. Because of this process, some product images, logos, and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time.

Be aware it takes two weeks for the check to clear. Once we have received the check and it clears we will ship your order.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time depends on where you are located and the level of service you select.

Yes, typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order.
All next day air orders must be placed online by 12:00 PM CST to ensure same day shipping.

Yes. However your order will be placed on hold in order to quote accurate shipping costs. Please note that deliveries to military, APO and FPO addresses can take up to 15 business days.

Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world.
For international shipping online, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout.
International shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE customs, duty, and taxes. You can contact us regarding your international order by phone at 1-888-863-8375, or by e-mail.

International orders that include any items currently on backordered status will not ship to the customer until all items in the order have become available.

We will require a faxed/emailed copy of the credit card used, and valid photo ID for any order being shipped outside the United States. This is to ensure that the card is physically in your possession, to reduce fraud. One of our agents will contact you at the email address provided for you to forward the aforementioned to us. All orders are subject to hold or cancellation if a response is not received within 2 weeks.

Yes, such orders will be shipped via USPS. However, due to restrictions imposed by USPS some items may not be shipped to a P.O. (such as heavy bags, etc...)

Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your purchase is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed and again once your order has shipped.
Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder.

Yes, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the back of your invoice, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

We recommend that you send all returns back via FedEx (it's faster and safer). Please send your package insured and postage paid. Credits or refunds will not be offered for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Credits or refunds will not be offered for merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. Credits or refunds are not offered for return shipping charges.
