Constructed of heavy-duty, powder-coated, 1.5 mm gauge round tube steel. Flat tube base steel for optimal stability. Comes complete with steel I-bolt on top for hanging, two bottom D-rings for securing heavy bag and 3 weight plate posts for adding optional additional weights. The best option for those who can't hang a heavy bag. Designed to hold heavy bags up to 100 lbs. Includes speed bag platform and swivel for all-around workouts. Easily fits in rooms with 8-foot ceilings.
