KELLY PAVLIK

Steak or chicken, vegetables and/or salad and bread usually.

I stay away from sweets, spices, and fish so not too risk food poisoning and upset stomach.

My Dad has said that I eat like I’m going to the electric chair.

JUAN DIAZ

My manager has to practically force me to eat.

He gets me eating things like baked chicken, fish, pasta and bread. No beef or sugar is allowed.

I usually try to feast about 5 hours before my fight so I am in peak condition when I enter that ring.

DANNY JACOBS

I load up on a big steak with pasta the night before.

Fight day, I don’t like to eat a lot of real food so I stick to drinking Pedia Lite to get electrolytes in my body or eat a meal replacement bar.

GRAY MAYNARD

Fight day I usually wake up around 8 am to eat a good size breakfast (Egg Whites, Oatmeal, Plain Toast, Fruit, and some Juice.) Then hangout in bed and drink some water for a couple hours.

Usually around 10:30 am, I get a light workout in to wake up my body and help digest my food.

After that, I usually just relax in the hotel room and eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, fruit, or energy bars with carbohydrates, while I keep hydrated with water.

I usually don't like to fight with a full stomach, so I do most of my eating the night before.
